1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

  • Large or oversized items may require special handling and incur additional shipping fees.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


2. Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused,

    • In original packaging, and

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at Engage@aacbrands.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The product is defective, or

    • We shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Engage@aacbrands.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.
